Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at NYELLA!

• We do not accept Refunds, however if an item still has all tags and stickers intact and is unworn with packaging we can exchange it for another size or store credit.This can only be honored if you notify us within 14 days of your purchase.
• ALL Exchanges will be charged an exchange re-shipping fee. Once this is paid then your exchange will be processed.
• ALL Accessories, Swimwear, Lingerie, Bodysuits and/or undergarments are FINAL SALE.
• Please make sure you are using the right form of payment, we do not cancel orders once they are placed!
• Please make sure you have the correct address associated with your order.
• Please check and follow the SIZE CHART to make sure you have the appropriate size of an item.
• Shipment days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• All regular items are processed and packed within 1-2 days and shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS. *NOT WEEKENDS*
• Expect 2-5 business days for delivery after shipping.
• Please allow NYELLA Swim Collection and/or other PRE-ORDER items to take 4-8 weeks for shipping and processing.
• NYELLA is not responsible for any items that has not been delivered, that is lost, or damaged! Please make sure to track all orders and take up any issues with your designated mail courier.
